contact with extraterrestrials is inevitable. one day we will live side by side with peoples from other planets. their appearances will likely be very different from our own, but they are our brothers and sisters. at some point your children, or grandchildren, will bring their girlfriend or boyfriend from another world to meet you. welcome them with open arms.
in the future, countries will no longer exist. we will have evolved beyond such an idea and embraced our true nature as one species. from there, we will truly be able to move out to other worlds, to other solar systems.
for a species that has been wiped out in the wild, it's only sanctuary until its native home can be made safe again, is captivity.
the evolution of technology is to become smaller, while organic life usually becomes bigger. in the future technology will have become so advanced that a powerful supercomputer will be the size of a single cell, and that single cell will begin to grow and develop like an organic life form.
I'm incredibly fascinated by genetic engineering. i think it will become quite common in the future. as a species, I'm sure we will reach a point of development where each one of us could be categorized as a species of our own. very intriguing.
can we please stop using the word 'reboot'? its starting to bug me as much as the word 'gritty'.
