The Happy Hobbit Saga Continues.....

.....because the stars of the Happy Hobbit video found out about the reaction video to their reaction video. And made a reaction video to the reaction video to the reaction video!!! This is probably my favorite part of this whole thing. That kind of pure fan enthusiasm is what it's all about. Can't wait to see what happens next. :-)

I love trailer reaction videos....when they're great. Watching someone experience footage from a movie they just can't wait to see for the first time is just fantastic. And the better the reaction video, the more fun for everyone.

The first trailer for 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' came online. And of course its generating many, many, reaction videos. But one video seems to have started something fascinating. Let's see how it's unfolded....so far;

A great reaction video. Admittedly I've seen even crazier ones, but still this one is great. And apparently Peter Jackson thought so too, because he did something pretty special, he gathered together Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly, and Lee Pace in full Elf makeup and gear to watch the fan reaction video. WALKING WITH DINOSAURS: THE 3D MOVIE-

I really enjoyed the original mini-series, and anything with Dinosaurs has my attention. This looks like its aimed more toward families but I'd still like to see it.

THE WOLRD'S END-

The trilogy ends. SHAUN OF THE DEAD, HOT FUZZ, and now THE WORLD's END. What can be said. I will be seeing this, and I will love the hell out of it.

THE LONE RANGER-

The fact that its Disney, and an action film, has me worried. Disney doesn't really know what to do with them. The talent involved has me interested. This movie has had very public problems. But at the end of the day those may not have been as big a deal as they appeared to so many. I'd like to see this one because I'm a fan of super and pulp heroes, and because i'm genuinely curious about how it turned out. If its at least good, or even ok, it should be an interesting double feature to play with THE GREEN HORNET. Fans know why.

THE WOLVERINE-

I'm hopeful, but not that stupid. Fingers crossed this turns out well.

RIDDICK-

Finally a new Riddick movie is coming and it looks damn solid.Love the character, enjoy the worlds, can't wait.

BYZANTIUM-

Looks quite interesting, and a Vampire movie with blood is always welcome.

ELYSIUM-
